Are you comfortable in your skin?
Do you live like you know who you are?
It took a lot of work to find me, and it changed my path when I did.
Once upon a time, I had a few old messages playing in my mind that kept me from loving myself well. I call it the monkey mind because it likes to play tricks.
I had an orphan mindset that led to thoughts of feeling less than. I thought I had to ‘do’ to be valued, and I was far too up and down to feel secure or confident in most relationships.
These wounds were from unhealed places in my heart, soul, and body. Because they manifested in negative ways, I didn’t honor who I was created to be.
I went through many peaks and valleys, a failed marriage, and the single parenthood of two precious faces. I knew I wanted more for them and me.
To make a change toward a better life, you need God, a support system, and a willingness to transform. This turnaround is a process.
Don’t be afraid to take action! I re-wrote my story, the good and the hard. Now I walk alongside others to do the same.
Twenty-nine years ago, I married the man of my dreams; he adopted my kids. They’re all grown up, married, and have given us five amazing grandkids. Together we love God and work at living our best life.
I was on my mat in a yoga class one day when I felt God nudge me in my spirit to become a teacher His way.
Christian Yoga was new back then, and there were many in the church against it, and there still are.
I also know the importance of good health and its role in serving others.
I love how yoga helps me feel freer in my body, more connected to who He created me to be, releasing the dis-ease and all the old chains.
For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.
I said yes to Him and have helped others be released from captivity as well.
When I trained to become a Life Breakthrough Coach, I learned the importance of boundaries and more effective ways to communicate.
We already have what we need inside us, but sometimes it takes a neutral person to bring it about.
Support, encouragement, and accountability help you navigate the obstacles.
I’ve studied, I’ve done the work, and I’ve received certification after certification. I’ve incorporated holy habits and tools that work. These spiritual disciplines keep me on track, and I want to help you do the same.
Let’s integrate individually and collectively to love and serve others more confidently for His kingdom and glory.
Becoming His daughter, His change agent, and a conduit for growth and development has created an opportunity to give back.
I do my best to live holistically in body, mind, and spirit. When we give appropriate attention to these three aspects, we’re essentially nurturing God’s design.
God’s thoughts, ways, and plans are the opposite of lack! Don’t settle for a less than full life.
Please get in touch with me; I’d love to be your Coach or Instructor and help you find you!
My favorites include hanging out with God, my family, and my friends.
I relish dark chocolate, traveling, His creation, good books, authentic connections, paddle boarding, riding my bike, and of course, yoga!
This service you perform is not only supplying the needs of the Lord’s people but is also overflowing in many expressions of thanks to God.
2 Cor 9:12 NIV.
This scripture is my life verse & motivator to live life in gratitude, from my relationship with God, family, and friends, to ministry and work.
Space for His love & grace to abound!
