In my classes, Christian Yoga is a spiritual discipline with a therapeutic approach, helping you love who you were created to be. Producing strength and stamina in body, mind, and spirit is a natural by-product.
This practice will help you release tension, generate a relaxation response, and calm the nervous system. Awareness, the breath, movement and rest, alignment, and positioned postures increase circulation and improve flexibility.

As we expand the life-giving breath, move, and stretch, we replace negativity with God’s goodness.
We’ll invite the Lord to help us explore all the places that need to be free, allowing us to healthily re-connect to our bodies, creating space for a deeper union with God, ourselves, and others.
We change from the inside out when we lift our heart’s intention, meditate on scripture, and worship in community with all our heart, soul, and mind.

Get your own mat, block & belt. Personal props allow you to modify, enhance, and deepen your practice. Your mat is sacred space, get your favorite color, or write something that reminds you of why you practice. This holy ground is where you go to commit to the discipline of being Christ-centered, his beloved, in body, mind, and spirit.
