Women’s Yoga Retreat
It’s snowing and beautiful but cold and icy, so be careful out there!
Sometimes the weather gets me thinking about a break, how about you? Are you in need of some God time, some fun girl time, and what about YOU time?! We can love and serve others from a full heart so much better than an empty cup.
Self-care, soul-care, and God care is just the remedy. Let’s take a whole health break. Let’s get away from the every-day routine, grab our friends and head to the mountains. Let’s remember who we are and whose we are. We are His masterpiece, the artistic work of His hands made for so much more than we can see with our limited vision.
I want to personally invite you to our Women’s Yoga Retreat in the splendid mountains of Estes Park, CO!
‘Sole to Soul’ provides a fun and nurturing whole health retreat experience for women seeking to deepen their love for God, and to guide them to the heights of that which He has called. In a supportive environment, be transformed in body, mind, and spirit through Christ-centered yoga, teachings, and creativity to fulfill your God-given destiny.

Here’s a testimony from last year’s retreat:
I decided to try the yoga retreat last year, a: because I had never done yoga and wanted to experience it, especially in a Christian format, b: because I needed a good break away from things.
As the event approached, multiple times I considered canceling because I was struggling in my faith, I was having a hard time trusting God, and so many other reasons “it just wasn’t going to work out.” Thankfully, my husband urged/forced me to go, and I am beyond thankful and blessed that I did!
It was truly life-changing. I cried a lot, but that’s ok because that is what I obviously needed. I met some wonderful ladies, and I connected with God on a level I had never experienced before, which in turn got me back in step and on track with Him. I learned yoga and realized that I was more flexible and able to do positions that I didn’t think I could do.
I highly recommend trying the women’s yoga retreat! If you are like me, you put yourself on the back burner if not always, often. Sometimes we need a good re-set, to have our cup filled up too, and this is just the place and the ladies to be alongside! (Alyssa)

Many of you have asked me about last week’s poem written by Katie Kemp, and the Scripture Circle she hosts with Tara Owens and Anam Cara Ministries. It’s a more intimate circle than our larger gathering at Wrapped In God’s Love. Please RSVP on Tara’s website to join. Reach out and connect with these beautiful women of God!
